Registering with the Surgery
Our practice list is open and we are accepting new patients that live in our practice area. If you are a Temporary Resident please see below.
New Patients:
If you wish to join this Practice you will be asked to complete a registration form (see below), a medical questionnaire and an ethnic monitoring form.
You will be given an appointment for a new patient health check with our Health Care Technician/Practice Nurse or, if you prefer, one of the Doctors. This allows us to gather and assess any relevant information until your previous medical records are received into the Practice.
It is important that you do attend for a new patient health check. All medical services are available to you from the day you register with the Practice. You may consult with any of the doctors in the Practice.

Temporary Residents:
The Doctors are happy to see patients who are temporarily resident in the Practice area should medical advice be required. In this instance persons wishing to be treated should state that they are a temporary resident when reporting to reception.
