Repeat Prescriptions
We run a computerised system to issue repeat prescriptions which have already been agreed with your doctor.
Methods for ordering your precriptions are:
- Online: Order your Repeat Prescription via this website.
- Telephone: Order using the dedicated answer machine: 0141 207 7485. This dedicated line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
- In Person: 'Post' your tear-off reorder slip into the box provided at reception.
- By Post: You may send your request by post and we will return it to you provided you enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
When ordering your repeat prescription please tell us which Pharmacist you use and we will send your prescription to the Pharmacist - save you a journey! We still require 48 hours to process your prescription and get it to your Pharmacist.
Please do not telephone the surgery line (0141 207 7480) with requests, as we will not accept them.
Order & Collect Service:
All of the Pharmacists in Renfrew offer an order and collect service. This service means you do not have to travel to the Health Centre, the Pharmacist does this on your behalf. We would encourage you to use this service, please contact your local Pharmacist for details.

Prescriptions will be ready for collection in 48 working hours if you will be picking the prescription up from the Surgery (See table right):
For those that request their prescription be sent to a local pharmacy then the time will be dependant on that pharmacy.
