An appointment is required to see the doctor or nurse. The telephone lines open at 8.00am, the receptionist will be able arrange a date and time for you to attend.

To book an appointment either phone the Surgery on 0141 314 4621 or make an appointment in person at reception.

We will always endeavour to let you book an appointment with the doctor of your choice at a time that suits you best. This is obviously not always possible especially at times of high demand (usually around the holiday periods) and when doctors are on holiday.    If Doctor or Nurse asks you to make a return appointment please do so in good time, do not leave it too late.  Did you know that you can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance?   We also offer some early morning appointments (7.15 a.m. - 8.00 a.m.) these appointments are primarily aimed at those patiens who are in employment and find it difficult to attend during our normal surgery times.   We are constantly reviewing the appointment system to offer a range of availability.

If you feel your condition is severe and you cannot wait for a routine appointment you must explain this to our receptionists.   She may offer you a prescription, same day appointment, 48-hour appointment, routine appointment or a home visit.     Please give as much detail as possible to our receptionsts and remeber she is bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our GP's and Nurses.
