Patient Focus Group (PFG)

Our PFG meets 2/3 times every year to discuss patient specific issues.

We discuss ways in which we can realistically improve our services to you. If you would like to become involved with our PFG please contact our Practice Manager who will advise if we have vacancies on the Group.

Comments and Suggestions

Braehead Medical Centre is constantly looking at ways of improving its standard of service to patients.

Please give us feedback on our performance by completing our comments & suggestions form.

Alternatively, we also have a suggestion box in the waiting room. Simply complete a suggestion slip and post it in the box.

We welcome all constructive viewpoints whether positive or negative. Your comments will help us to maintain our high standard of service.

Patient Complaints Procedure

We operate a Practice based complaints procedure, which is in line with National Guidelines.

All complaints should be addressed to the Practice Manager. The appropriate Partner will deal with complaints of a clinical nature.

GP Contract

The Practice has a current General Medical Service (GMS) Contract 17J with Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS Board (NHSGG & CNHSB).
